School spirit photo contest

Help fill the galleries for your town by sending photos from your school events: football, other sports, fans in the stands, bands, cheerleaders, homecoming parades, pep rallies. Anything that captures your school spirit.

Over the next four weeks, your submission could win you a $25 gift certificate from a sporting goods store. Images must be received by Tuesday each week to be eligible. Go to www.lsj.com/getpublished to register for your account and start submitting pictures from your school.

THE RULES: No purchase necessary to enter. Contestants must submit pictures as specified at www.lsj.com and submit it to be eligible to win. Winner will be randomly drawn from among those entrants. Prize will be a gift certificate. Contest open to U.S. residents, 18 years or older, except employees of the Lansing State Journal, Gannett Co. Inc., employees of advertising agencies retained by the Lansing State Journal or Gannett Co. Inc., employees of participating merchants, or members of said employees' respective families. Entries must be filled out completely to be eligible. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Entries must be received by Oct. 2, Oct 9, Oct. 16, Oct. 23. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize transfers. The Lansing State Journal may substitute prizes for prizes of like value, at its sole discretion.
